Before getting in touch, consider whether you need the interpreter physically on site, whether you can use an interpreter by phone, or whether video interpreting is possible.

For in-person interpreting, the interpreter needs time to travel there and back. Up to half an hour of travel time is included in the total price. If the travel time is longer, the customer will be informed of this in advance.

Video interpreting lets you easily connect with an interpreter. When the interpreting session is due to start, you can use whichever platform you prefer for the meeting, and the interpreter will join.

Before getting in touch, work out which two or more languages the interpreter needs to be able to speak.
